In 1967, Georgia Eldridge founded Eldridge Bid Reporter, a bid recapping service focusing on businesses who sell products to the State of California, Department of General Services, Procurement Division.

In 1976 Eldridge Bid Reporter, expanded it's services to include the California Bid Bulletin, a publication that features information on bids solicited by the State of California and other governmental agencies.

Since then, Eldridge Bid Reporter has expanded to publish three publications that feature bid information from over 80 State and local governmental agencies throughout California, as well as, sub-bid opportunites for MWDVBE businesses. In addition, Eldridge Bid Reporter now offers a wide array of services designed to help companies succeed in winning government contracts.
